He expresses himself as highly pleased with the progress of settlement between Ngarnawatna and Raglan, and expects that 100 families will be there within three months.! Mr Ballance leaves for Waiwera to-morrow to see Sir Julius Vogel, returning on Saturday night, and leaving for the" North to inspect settlements in the North.
