The as Maori arrived here from Greymouth at 2pm yesterday. She returns to-day. The U.S.S. Go’s ss Waihi left Blenheim at 6 pm on tha 30th ultimo, and arrived here at 3.50 am yesterday. She returns to day. The U.S.S. Go’s ss Moa arrived here from Westport at 11 am yesterday. She went off to tho ship Turakina in the afternoon, hut was not able to tow her, owing to the strong head wind. She returned last night. The Government steamer Stella was towed around to the Slip yesterday afternoon, where she is to be eleaned up. She will probably be a week on the Slip. . , The Government steamer Hmemoa returned from Cape Campbell and The Brothers at 10 pm yesterday. She left The Brothers st 4 o’clock yesterday, and towed the ship Turakina in from the Heads, arriving as above. The Hinemoa leaves for Auckland at 2 pm today, taking 150 oases of gun-cotton and a Ml cargo of torpedoes and ammunition.
