Iq this case the plaintiffs, John Noman, ol Wellington, and his wife, Elizabeth Noman, sought to restrain Patrick Walsh, also of Wellington, from blocking op a window belonging to plaintiffs, and from allowing a sewer from his premises td rlin through the property of the p!aintifts. Oa account of theSh and other damages. alleged to have beed done to the p'aintiffs’ property, damages of £IOO were c'aimei. Mr dellicoe tfas for the plaintiff, and Mr Gully fdr the defendant. Several witnesses were examined for the claimant to prove the acts, alleged to have been committed *by the defendant. A number of witnesses having been examined for the defence, the further hearing of the case was remanded till next day.
