NOTICE is hereby given that the Welling, ton and Manawatn Railway Company (Limited) are constructing a railway under the Land and Railway Construction Act, 1881, and have, in terms of the 18th clause of the said Act, deposited for public inspections in the Public Works Office, and the office of the Company, in the city of Wellington, and in the Post Offices Otaki and Paikakariki, a plan setting forth the middle line and direction of the Railway, and a book of reference showing the lands required to be taken for the portion of the Rail vay commencing at a peg marked 38 miles 40 chains from Longburn, in the Block Waopukatea No, 1, and terminating at a peg marked 26 miles 20 chains, in Section 10, Faikakariki, and the names of the owners and occupiers of such lands.
