The Acting Chief Justice delivered the judgment herein of himself and Mr Justico Gillies and Mr Justice William*, affirmiDgtbe judgment of Mr Justice Richmond, and dismissing the appeal. Mr Fitz Gerald, for Mr Conelly, applied for costs in the highest scale. Arter some discusiiion this was ordered, and then Mr Travers, for the respondent, applied for and obtained leave to appeal to the Privy Council. This concluded the work of the Court of Appeal, and the Court was adjourned sine die.
