The Parliamentary Session may be said to have closed last night, having lasted exactly 12 weeks, The tiro Appropriation Bills were passed through both Houses; these including the votes passed for Immigration and Public Works, L 2,091,767, together with the votes passed for public services, L 2,241,922 ; making a total appropriation for the year of L 4,333,679. The ceremony of prorogation of the Houses will tako place to-morrow afternoon at three o’clock.
