Messrs George and John Gordon Smith, of the Glenlivet Distillery, Glenlivet, beg to intimate that in connection with their registered trado mark * * Glenlivet,’’ perpetual injunctions were this day granted by the High Court of Justice in England against the defendants, Alexander Fraaor and Co., of the Glenburgie Distillery, in the County of Elgip, and Charles Robert Haig, of Mark Lane, in the City of London, restraining them from infringing such mark.
