RIFLE MATCHES. MARRIED V. BISOLE. The City Rifles opened their shooting season on Saturday, Sept. 9, with the annual match— Married v. Notwithstanding the weather, which was unfavorable for scoring, some very ; creditable shooting was made, Sub-Lieutenant ; Ballinger scoring the possible at 200 yards, with Sergt. Fraser close bshind with 23 ; while Volunteer Croucher scored over average iuners at 500 yards, Volunteer Jackson being in close attendance with average (inners).
