CAUTION TO THE PUBLIC.—It having come to the knowledge of the Manager of the above Company that something or somebody, dubbing himself Professor, is about starting a store in Willis-street, imitating our style and manner of business, I therefore wish to caution the public against all such spurious articles, as we are the only American Novelty Company in the colony ; head office, Melbourne, with stores in every town of any importance throughout. Our cement—as thousands of you who bought it since I opened can testify —is the only fire and waterproof cement with Four Gold Medals. First Prize late Exhibition. Mends everything. Our Blondin top, be sure you get. You will know it, as it has a metallic stand which lasts for ever—not a bit of wood for a stand, as the imitation ones have. Our Stamps, which we sell for Is, are made of best material, all one piece, and not coated with brass as the imitations may be. Butterflies we do not sell, as they break in your hand before using.
