“Brewers must have- their taps” as his Honor ;Mr Justice Richmond remarked the other day, and as we all know, taps are liable, to get out of order.’ When the particular tap that came under, the notice of the Judge went wrong, the brewers and others, who had supplied it, got angry, and resolved that it l should not run again for three years, r gut it-had been such a good, tap .before that they soon relented and came to the conclusion; that; with a little patching up, it might still •do . them good service..'(After sixteen months, they began to think.that, the tap .was as . good as ever, and should be put. on the tame level -with others that had never gone wrong.
