(Bv Cable.) Melbourne, July 22. The Vinter Steeplechase Meeting of the Victoria Racing Club was held to-day at Fiemington. The weather was fine, and there was a good attendance. His Excellency the Governor was present. The following are the results of the two chief events of the day : —-
