Auction, This Day.—William McLean and Co. sell, at 2 p.m., bankrupt stock, comprising: ironmongery, clothing, &c. No reserve. In Bankruptcy. The Deputy Registrar notifies that Bernard Ferrers has filed a declaration of insolvency. In Bankruptcy.—Buller and Gully give notice that Norris Griffiths intends applying for an order of discharge. In Bankruptcy.—The Deputy Registrar notifies that Richard Mudgway has filed a declaration that he is unable to meet monetary engagements. Barque Arabella.—The N.Z. Shipping Co. gives notice to consignees. Jewellery.—William R. Hislop, jeweller and watchmaker, makes special announcement.
