SCHEDULE. Cape Survey District. Description of the Land. This land is situate on the sea-coast, near Cape Egmont, twenty-two to twenty-five miles south of the town of New Plymouth. A good metalled road, being part of the main coast-line from Hawera to New Plymouth, forms the eastern boundary of the block. The land is level and open, well watered, and fertile.
