DECEASED WIFE’S SISTER BILL.
By the late San Francisco mail, his Excellency the Governor received a despatch conveying Her Majesty’s assent to the Deceased Wife’s Sister Bill. It will be remembered the Bill was amongst the measures held over ior Imperial consideration. It has since been proclaimed in the Government Gazette, and is now included with the Statute law of the colony.
