NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership existing between the undersigned, THOMAS KENNEDY MACDONALD and PERCIVAL JOHNSTON, trading in the business of Land Auctioneers and Estate Agents, in the City of Wellington, as a firm under the style of “ T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that in future the said business will be carried on by THOMAS KENNLDY MACDONALD alone, under the style of “T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co.” as heretofore. Mr. Percival Johnston will act as Liquidator of the business of the firm up to this date, having full power to deal with all matters relating to the winding up of the said partnership.
