(REUIER'S SPECIAL TO PRESS AGENCY}. Melbourne, Saturday. Mr. G. M. Milne has called a meeting of his creditors. His trade liabilities are said to be small. The Government propose great retrenchment on the meeting of Parliament. The Government decline to bear any of the expense of the late Mining Department Inquiry. ■
