Rhodes and Others, by Mr. Richard Walton, of Here-ford-street, Christchureh, the person appointed by the said Court, at his auction rooms, in Hereford-atreet aforesaid, on THURSDAY, the 4th day of FEBRUARY, 1875, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, certain freehold and pastoral property, known as the " Ahuriri Estate," situate at the Halswell river, in the Lincoln district, Province of Canterbury, in convenient lots to suit purchasers, and subject to conditions to be produced at the time of "ale.
