DUNCAN has received instructions from Mr. Thomas James to sell by public auction on Tuesday, 15th inst., at two o'clock, Two very desirable dwelling-houses,' of five rooms each, with outhouse 3 and every convenience, having a frontage of 20ft. each to Piriestreet, Kent-terrace, by a depth of 132 feet.
