'4514 10 £1929 18 1 The trade of the past week, owing to holidays and races, leaves room for little remark. In imports we note no variation in prices; most descriptions of goods continue in full supply, and the recent arrival of the Howrah and Soukar from London will tend to increase stocks and prevent any great improvement in prices. Bacon and hams scarce, prime cored being worth 12d. to 16d. per lb. Oats, Os. 3d. to 6s. [6d.; light stocks. Butter, in kegs, dull; no inquiries for export at lOd.
