This valuable estate is situate at tbo Taratahi, Wairarapa, a few miles from Grej’town, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The PROPOSED LINE OF RAILWAY Is laid off within about fifteen chains of the Mills, and it is anticipated that a Station will be placed in close proximity. At present there, is a good metalled road up to the Mills. Talcing Into consideration the great and increasing demand for Totara in this and the other Provinces, and the facilities which will shortly be available for transporting it to Wellington by rail at a moderate charge, the auctioneer can confidently recommend this property to the attention of capitalists as one that will most surely realise an ample return for amount invested.
