Issued under Ordinance intituled "The Otago Municipal Corporation Ordinance, 1865."| rriHE NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND (Limited) has been instructed by 5 Corporation of the town of Invercargill to invite TENDERS for the whole or any portion of Debentures representing £3OOO, and bearing interest at Six per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly. The Debentures will be payable in twenty years, and will be dated Ist December, 1874. They will be for £SO each, and secured on the town rates. The Coupons attached lor each half year's interest will be made payable, free of exchange, at any office of the National Bank of New Zealand (Limited) in New Zealand. A minimum price will be fixed before the tenders are opened. Tenders, in accordance with the annexed form, will be received by the National Bank of New Zealand (Limited) up to NOON on the 30th NOVEMBER, 1874, and must be addressed "Tender for Invercargill Borough Corporation Loan." Payment will be required as follows : —Five per cent, on amount applied for to accompany tender, and balance within fifteen days of acceptance.
