Henry Owen and Co., to offer for sale, without reserve, the BALANCE of THEIR DRAPERY STOCK AT THE NATIONAL DRAPERY DEPOT, Lambton Quay, on above dates. The Auctioneer would wish to point out that this is no mock sale, but a genuine clearing out of stock, as the front portion of the premises will bo pulled down immediately after the conclusion of the sale, so that the NEW DRAPERY WAREHOUSE MAY BE COMPLETED. In no former instance have the iuhabitants of this province had such a fine opportunity of laying in stocks, as the proprietors Messrs. Owen and Co. have determined to clear out their present stock and open the new shop with a new stock. THE SALE WILL BE WITHOUT RESERVE And in order to give an opportunity to large jrurchaeers, approved bills at three mouths will be taken for parcels over £25 ; and for purchases of over £3O three and four months’ approved bills will be taken. Sums under £25 to be paid in cash. The attention of runholders, storekeepers, hotelkeepers, and settlers in the various country districts, is invited to this rare opportunity for buying choice and fashionable goods. In an advertisement it is impossible to enumerate the various items to be offered ; but a printed list will be issued previous to the date of sale.
