The Bonds are issuable underthe authority and provisions of the “ Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865 bear interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of any purchaser in either London, Melbourne, Dunedin, or Oamaru ; and are secured on the Town Rates. . The Bonds are for £IOO each, or such higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year 1904. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
