TO CORRESPONDENTS.
It is against newspaper rule to admit correspondence in reference to matters which appear in the columns of other journals published in the same locality, as it is presumed that tho columns of a neSvspaper are open for correction of mistakes committed, mistatcments made, or arguments advanced by it. For that reason, we prefer not to insert the letters of "Veritaß"and "Reader."
