Henry Owen Co., to offer for sale, without reserve, the BALANCE op THEIR DRAPERY STOCK AT THE NATIONAL DRAPERY DEPOT, Lambton Quay, on above dates. The Auctioneer would wish to point out that this is no mock sale, hut a genuine clearing out of stock, as the front portion of the premises will be pulled down immediately after the conclusion of the sale, so that the NEW DRAPERY WAREHOUSE MAY BE COMPLETED. In no former instance have the inhabitants of this province had such a fine opportunity of laying in stocks, as the proprietors Messrs. Owen and Co. >have, determined to clear out their present stock and open the new shop with a new stock. THE SALE WILL BE WITHOUT .-' RESERVE.'--'-...' And in order to give an opportunity, to large purchasers, approved bills at three months will be taken for parcels oyer £25 ; and for purchases of over £SO three and four months' approved bills will be taken. . Sums under £25 to be paid in cash.
