Failure in Sydney - . The Sydney Morning Herald states that Messrs. Willis, Lloyd and Co., have called a meeting of creditors for the Ist proximo. Mach sympathy is expressed for Mr. Willis, who has been long and honorably connected with the commerce of Sydney.
