TENDERS FOR WORKS, PLANT, ETC., FOR WATER SUPPLY.’ The City Council of Auckland are prepared to receive TENDERS for the whole of the Plant and Works connected and requisite for a WATER SUPPLY for the CITY, comprising about —Three and one quarter miles of Supply Mains, and fourteen and three quarter miles of Pipes for City Reticulation Works, Sluice Valves, Hydrants, two High-pressure Compound Beam Engines, with Double-acting Pumps, four Boilers, Covered Reservoirs, Engineer and Keeper’s Houses, together with all necessary Works connected thereuntil.
