TENDERS will be received at the Council Chambers, Oamaru, on or before 11th NOVEMBER, 1871, for the whole or any portion of £25,000 (twenty-five thousand pounds) VALUE of CORPORATION BONDS. The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the “ Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865 bear interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of any purchaser in either Loudon, Melbourne, Dunedin, or Oamaru ; and are secured on the Town Rates. The Bonds are for £IOO each, or such higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year 1901. The highest or any tender not neoessaxily accepted. And notice is hereby further given that I will sell at the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, the above-mentioned lauds, unless the amount of the said writ with costs and expenses thereon are sooner paid and satisfied.
