TENDERS will be received at the Council Chambers, Oamaru, on or' before 11th NOVEMBER, 1874, for the whole or any portion of £25,000 (twenty-five thousand pounds) VALUE of CORPORATION BONDS. The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the " Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865 ;" bear interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, payable hall-yearly, at the option of any purchaser in either London, Melbourne, Dunedin, or Oamaru ; and are secured on the Town Rates. The Bonds are for £IOO each, or such higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year 1904. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
