He was the youngest son of the late AVilliam John Brown Parker, M.D., of the north of Ireland, and brother of the late Stephen Parker, M.D., of 107, King Street, Hammersmith, London, and of AVilliam Parker, M.D., 133, Grange Road, Bermondsey, London, and of Mrs. Samuel Cochrane, of Auckland, New Zealand, and nephew of the late Rev.
