In the assigned estate of T. E. Eisher, Merchant, late of Nelson. GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from the vendors, Messrs. McDowell and Co., to offer for sale as above the balance of the stock of T. R. Eisher, on the premises, Lambton Quay, next door to Messrs. Lyon and Blair's. To Country Settlers, Storekeepers, Hotelkeepers, and the General Public this is especially directed, as the quantity of goods to be disposed of is Tery large, amounting to about £2250 STERLING, And as possession of the premises has to be given in a few days, owing.to their being leased for other purposes, the entire stock will be cleared out WITHOUT ANY RESERVE in lots to suit purchasers. Terms : Under £3O, cash ; for parcels over that amount approved bills at three months will be taken ; and for larger amounts, extra terms will be given. The counters, gas fittings, shelving, lamps, and cases will lie offered the second day of the sale.
