A few Town Sections in Palmerston, Manawatu district. 1720 acres in the Hutt district. 417 S acres in the Mungaroa district. 2500 acres in the Tupurupum, Rangituinau, and Taratahi blocks, Wairarapa district. 43,000 acres in the Akiteo aud Pahaua blocks, East Coast district. Lithographed maps of the Parae Karetu, Tupurupum, and Raugitumua blocks, also of the land on the left bank Wanganui River, together with Gazettes showing the position, contents, and upset price of the lands thus to be sold, can be obtained from the Crown Lands Office, or from local agents. Maps showing the position of the other lands to be disposed of can be seen at the Crown Lands Office, Wellington, or the Survey Office, Wanganui. The terms of sale are;—lo per cent, of the purchase money payable on the fall of the hammer, and the remainder within one mouth, or the original.deposit is forfeited.
