Tenders are invited for tlio purchase of the whole or any portion of TEN THOUSAND POUNDS CORPORATIONDEBENTURES issued Under authority of Wellington Waterworks Amendment Act, 1874. The debentures will bear interest at the rate of six per cent, per annum, payable halfyearly. The principal sum will be payable in seven or ten years at the option of the tenderer.
