Ranoitumau Block.— continued. .'Proclamation. By His Honor William Eitzherbert, Esquire, C.M.G., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand. WHEREAS hy the Sth section of “The Wellington Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act, 1571,” it is recited that the Superintendent of the Province of Wellington may at any time hy proclamation, withdraw from sale any Waste Lands of the Crown, which it may appear expedient for public interests should be so withdrawn; and that any proclamation theretofore or thereafter to bo made by such Superintendent withdrawing lands from sale, may at any time be by the Superintendent-revoked by a (Proclamation. And whereas the Superintendent did by proclamations dated the twenty-third day of Juno, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one, the tenth day of Eebruary, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, and the nineteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, withdraw from sale certain Waste lands of the Crown, in the Province of Wellington, which were fully described and set forth in the Schedule to the said several proclamations. And whereas it is expedient that the said several proclamations should be revoked: Now therefore, I, William Eitzherbert, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in virtue of the powers vested in me by the above recited Act, do hereby revoke the said proclamations dated respectively the twenty-third day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one, the tenth day of February, 'one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, and the nineteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four. And Ido declare that the land described in the Schedule of the said several proclamations, excepting only two several pieces of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, and delineated on the plans in the margin hereof, which shall still remain withdrawn from sale, shall bo open for application or sale! under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington, on and after the second day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four. Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.
