MARRIAGE.
MARKS—Harris.— On August 20, at the Macquarie Street Synagogue, Sydney, by the Eev. I. M, Goldreiob, Charles Marks, of Greymouth, New Zealand, to Sophia, second daughter of John Hams, of Sydney. DEATHS. Bdckeridgb. —On the 10th instant, at the residence of Mr. Lipman Levy, Robert Buckeridge, aged fifty-eight years, late lighthouse keeper of Somes PARKER.—On August 14, at Gulgong Hospital, of dropsy. Mr- Samuel Charles Parker, of 0, Woodbum Street, Chippendale, Sydney, New South Wales, formerly draughtsman and land surveyor, aged fifty-three years and eleven months, leaving an affectionate wife and eight children to mourn their loss. He was the youngest son of the late William John Brown Parker, JVLX)., of the north of Ireland, and brother of the late Stephen Parker, M.D., of 107 King Street, Hammersmith, London, and of William Parker, M.D., 133, Grange Road, Bermondsey, London, and of Mrs. Samuel Cochrane, of Auckland, New Zealand, and nephew of the late Rev. Elijah Smith, of Penrith, New South Wales.
