NOTICE is hereby given that an election of a Councillor for the above Ward will take place at Market Hall, Cuba Street, on THURSDAY, the 10th day of SEPTEMBER NEXT. All candidates at such election must be nominated before WEDNESDAY, the 2nd day of SEPTEMBER NEXT, at Market Hall, Cuba Street. Any person desirous of nominating a candidate must, before i o'clock in the ’ afternoon of TUESDAY, the first day of SEPTEMBER NEXT, deliver to the Returning Officer a nomination paper in the prescribed form, which must bo signed by not less than three persons, duly qualified to vote at such election, and also by the person named therein as a candidate, in token of his assent to being so named.
