Auctions. THIS DAY, SATURDAY, Ist AUGUST, 1871. MR R. J. DUNCAN will soli by auction on Saturday, Ist August, commencing at 11 o'clock, Seven Cases Plants and Trees, from the celebrated Nursery Gardens of John Baptist, Sydney. This shipment has just been landed in excellent order, and comprises a really admirable collection of hardy dowering ami ornamental trees and shrubs, creepers and twiners, greenhouse plants, palms, succulents, conifers, azaleas, camellias; fruit trees of all kinds, and miscellaneous deciduous trees and shrubs. Lhe camellias and azaleas being general Tavontes were selected with much care by Mr. J. Baptist personally. The whole shipment is really nratclass, in excellent health, and of the best sizes for planting out or growing in pots. Please note sale begins at 11 o clock, in consequence of the large quantity for sale. MONDAY, 3rd AUGUST. MR. R. J. DUNCAN has received instructions from Mr. J. Henderson, to sell by auction his entire stock of saddlery and harness, &c., &c., consisting of—--11 sets gig, trap, and cart harness, silverplated, brass, and plain mounted. Also, A large assortment of saddlery, bridles, whips, spurs, &c., &c., &c., with all the requisites in the trade. The above will be sold without reserve. The auctioneer strongly recommends tills genuine sale to the notice of the trade and the public, as all the goods are of a superior colonial make. The sale will take place at the auction, room, commencing at two o'clock sharp. WEDNESDAY, sth AUGUST. MR. B. J. DUNCAN will resume the sale at Mr. Y. Aston’s shop on Wednesday, sth August, at 11 o’clock. The lease of the premises will also be sold. Over 250 lots remain unsold, and a large quantity of household furniture. AT AN EARLY DAY IN AUGUST.
