Notice is hereby given that 47,000 acres, lore or less, of Crown Lands, divided into ouburban and Rural Sections; situated in the PARAE-KARETU BLOCK, West Coast, and distant ten miles from the township of barton. TTt>ner Rantritikei, will be sold by iee, on or about Ist September. The Parae-Karetu Block, hereafter to be called, "The Township of Hunter," is easily accessible both from Wanganui and Rangitikei.
