OF CROWN Notice is hereby given that 47,000 acres, more or less, of Crown Lands, divided into Suburban and Rural Sections; situated in the PARAE-KARETU BLOCK, West Coast, and distant ten miles from the township of Marton, Upper Rangitikei, will be sold by public auction, at this office, on or about Ist September. The Parae-Karetu Block, hereafter to be called, “The Township of Hunter,” is easily accessible both from Wangamti and Rangitikei.
