Public Notices. Anvil creek coal mining coa [PAN Y, NEWCASTLE. This Company is now prepared to supply Coal in any quantity, at the lowest market price, having every facility for the loading of large or small vessels, either at Newcastle or Sydney. . The superior quality of this Coal is so universally acknowledged by those who have tried it, that the Company feel they have only to bring it under the notice of consumers to create a large demand for it. It is adapted for either STEAM, GAS, or HOUSEHOLD purposes. Por steam it is unrivalled, producing a larger quantity of steam in a shorter time than any other Coal known in the colony. Por GAS, the trials made of it by the Gas Company show that it produces One Thousand (1000) feet more gas for every ton used than any other Newcastle Coal, certificates of which can be seen at this office. Eor HOUSEHOLD use, it contrasts very favorably with the best samples of Newcastle coal, and saves considerable trouble by its freedom from clinker and small quantity of ashes produced. ONE TRIAL of this Coal will be sufficient to prove its superiority over any other produced in the colony. With contractors, arrangements can be made for regular supplies, either at Newcastle or for delivery at any of the neighboring colonies.
