Brown, proprietor of the above propertv, to sell by auction on "Wednesday, lUth June, at his Auction Rooms, Larnbtoa Quay, SOS acres of land, all water frontage, with a good four-roomed house erected "thereon, together with stockyards to hold 300 head of cattle ; sheepyards and wool-shed . for 500 sheep ; four paddocks, surrounding the buildings, laid down in English grass ; about 50 acres of cleared land facing the water, and over 50 acres on the face of the hill, cleared and laid clown in grass.
