Monday, .IdneT. (Before the Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Johnston, Mr. Justice Gressou, Mr. Justice Richmond, and Mr. Justice Chapman). BAIINETT V. BARNETT AND ANOTHER. In this case, which had been postponed from Wednesday last, in order that co-respondent’s Christian name might be ascertained with certainty, Mr. Travers, for the petitioner, produced evidence that the name was “Edwin,” and moved for a decree nisi, with costs, against co-respondent. Decree nisi granted upon the usual terms. The Court adjourned sine die.
