BENJAMIN SMITH & CO. are favored with instructions from the proprietor, to offer for sale, by private contract, that magnificent property in the Wairarapa district, known as the BELVEDERE SAW AND FLOUR MILLS. This valuable estate is • situate at the Taratahi, Wairarapa, a few miles from Greytown, and about sixty miles from Wellington. The PROPOSED LINE OE RAILWAY is laid off within about fifteen chains of the mills, and it is anticipated that a station will be placed in close proximity. At present there is a good metalled roadnp to the mills. The freehold consists of 1160 acres of splendid Totara bush, -with a fair sprinkling of pines ; it is allowed by competent judges to be THE FINEST TOTARA BUSH in the Wairarapa, and is estimated to contain sufficient timber to keep the present mill in work for a QUARTER OF A CENTURY, cutting from nine to ten thousand feet per day.
