Swainson, Esq., F.R.S., to sell upon the Premises, on Thursday, 15th November inst., Unexpired Term of LEASE -*- (12 years) of the above well known and unique spot in the Hutt Valley, comprising about 65 acres, more or less, which has been the residence of the present Proprietor for nearly 15 years. The Garden, Shrubberies, Orchard, and Grounds, comprise about 7j acres, and as the Materials of the old buildings, are mostly on the spot, a smaller residence,, or gentleman’s cottage, can be built immediately, and at a comparatively small expense, in one of the most picturesque and enchanting spots that can be found in the valley.
