SUPREME COURT. CIVIL SITTINGS. March 17th, 1853.
Before His Honor Mr. Justic* Stifhin, And a Special Jury. Flyoeb v. Habding. This was an action brought to recover the sum of £500 for sheep sold and delivered by Plaintiff to the Defendant. Mr. King and Mr. Hart were for the Plaintiff, and Mr. Brandon for the Defendant. i Evidence was given in support of the Plaintiff's case; on the other side Defendant examined Mr. Waitt to shew that after the alleged purchase and delivery had taken place, the Plaintiff had offered the sheep to him for sale, thereby shewing that the purchase had not been completed'
The Jury returned a vdbdict foe the Defendant
