The House is small, but convenient, with first-rate stables attached for three horses, large hay-loft, harness room, and gig-house, &c, &c. The Garden and Orchard contain about half an acre of ground each, and are^ well stocked with Fruit Trees of every description, a great number of which are now in full bearing. There are four enclosed paddocks containing about eight acres of grass land — sufficient for the keep of two oows and a horse all the year round.
