AN IMPRUDENT LETTER

LONDON, July 24. In the House of Commons yesterday Mr John Redmond, the leader of the Nationalists, accused Mr W. Moore, K.C., Unionist member for North Armagh, of writing a letter to Mr W. F. Bailey, G. 8., one of the Irish Elstates Commissioners, threatening him with divers pains and penalties when the Unionists regained power. Amid an uproarious scene, the letter was read. In it Mr Moore said that Mr Bailey, though appointed by the Unionists to see fair play between the the Unionists regained office, two other Commissioners, had sold the party on every occasion. Mr Moore threatened to move for an inquiry when Mr Moore, in the course of a statement to the House, admitted that his letter was imprudent, but said it was written in order to repel.ru attack on. one of the other Commissioners the Right Hon. F. ft. Wrench:
