KING EDWARD IN FRANCE.

Afterwards King Edward expressed a wish to visit the battleship Jena {on which the recent fatal explosion occurred), not in a spirit of curiosity, but as a" sentiment of respect for, and as a tribute to, the memory of the victims. King Edward and his suite thoroughly examined the Jena., The Royal yacht Victoria and Albert has sailed for Cartagena (an historic seaport and the chief arsenal of Spain) to meet King Alfonso.
