Mr H. O. Teusley, for twenty years head of Sargood, Son and Ewen’s ooonting-houjse at Auckland, will succeed Mr Montague Laing as joint manager (with Mr Maudsley) of the Wellington house. The Land Purchase Board has under consideration the acquisition of Mr A. Bay ley’s property, near Stratford, comprising about 2500 acres, for close settlement.
