Messrs Hunter and McDonald are the contractors for the large four-story brick building to he erected on the section of land on Lambton quay between the Bank of New Zealand and the Central Hotel for the Wellington Building and Investment Company. The new building, which will have a frontage to Lambton quay of 88ft by an irregular depth, is being erected from the plans of Messrs T. Turnbull and Son. The contract price is about £15,003.
